16 high school scholars collectively receiving $80,000 in assistance for college

Ed Posh Scholarship Announced Four New Scholarships for 2014

Since 1995 we have provided over $595,000 in scholarships to 81 Posh Scholars and 62 have graduated. In 2014 there will be 17 scholars in school collectively receiving $42,500 in assistance. None of this would be possible without your generous and continued support.

Cass Hoffmeister, chairman of the scholarship committee announced the four new 2014 scholars, saying “It was a pleasure meeting so many well qualified candidates. Selecting the final four was a difficult task.”

The new scholars for 2014 are:

Emily Bleuher

Emily Bleuher
a senior from Glenbard West High School, will attend the University of Cincinnati to study Interior Design.

Amanda Nuno

Amanda Nuno
a senior at Glenbard South High School, will attend University of Illinois, Chicago to pursue a degree in Business Management and Public Relations.

Keegan Gilligan

Keegan Gilligan
a senior at Wheaton Warrenville South High School, will attend the University of Missouri and is seeking a degree in Business Sports Marketing.

Cory Soehren

Cory Soehren
a senior at Glenbard East High School plans to pursue a career in becoming a Engineer at the Iowa State University.
